从国家海洋战略需求出发,对我国发展海洋激光雷达必要性进行分析,对海洋激光雷达的特点,以及国内外发展情况进行梳理;分析了目前国内外激光雷达建设规划与已发射星载激光雷达的情况,提出未来星载海洋激光雷达的发展方向,以及在轨预期数据应用产品,讨论了星载海洋激光雷达关键技术,给出了“十四五”期间海洋激光雷达的发展前景。

针对林业、建筑、近海、岛礁和滩涂的测绘要求, 中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所开发了具有自主知识产权的机载双频激光雷达产品样机, 可以同时完成对陆地地形和海底地形进行测绘。该样机在三亚蜈支洲岛进行了飞行试验, 最大探测深度达到30 m, 等效一类水质条件下可达50 m, 最小探测深度达到0.22 m, 测深数据和单波束声呐数据对比中误差为0.108 m, 实地测量数据和陆地点云量测数据比对中误差为0.18 m, 试验结果基本符合设计预期, 为进一步产品定型打下了良好的基础。

An injection-seeded single-resonant optical parametric oscillator (SROPO) with single frequency nanosecond pulsed 2.05 μm wavelength output is presented. Based on two potassium titanyl phosphate crystals and pumped by a 1064 nm single frequency laser pulse, injection seeding is performed successfully by using the ramp-hold-fire technique in a ring cavity with a bow-tie configuration. The SROPO provides 2.65 mJ single frequency signal pulse output with a 17.6 ns pulse duration at a 20 Hz repetition rate. A near-diffraction-limited beam is achieved with a beam quality factor M2 of about 1.2. The spectrum linewidth of the signal pulse is around 26.4 MHz, which is almost the Fourier-transform-limited value.

Based on the modified ramp and fire technique, a novel injection seeding approach with real-time resonance tracking is successfully demonstrated in a single-frequency Nd:YAG pulsed laser. Appling a high-frequency sinusoidal modulation voltage to one piezo actuator and an adjustable DC voltage to another piezo actuator for active feedback, single-mode laser output with high-frequency stability is obtained, and the effect of the piezo hysteresis on the frequency stability can be eliminated for a laser diode pumped Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at a repetition rate of 400 Hz.

报道了半导体激光器双端面抽运单频调Q Nd:YAG激光器。采用磷酸钛氧铷(RTP)电光晶体作为腔内相位调制器主动调谐腔长,实现单频种子注入,获得稳定的单纵模输出。采用另外一对RTP电光晶体作为调Q开关,在900 Hz重复频率下,利用单振荡级获得单脉冲能量为7.5 mJ,脉宽为14.6 ns,线宽为45 MHz的1064 nm激光脉冲序列输出。激光束在水平方向和垂直方向的光束质量M2值分别为1.30和1.36。输出激光2 min的频率稳定性为1.1 MHz,线宽稳定性为0.52 MHz。在传导冷却结构中,实现了高频率稳定性和线宽稳定性的窄线宽单频脉冲激光的输出。

A stable, single-longitudinal-mode, nanosecond-pulsed Nd:YAG laser with a laser-diode dual-end pumping arrangement is constructed. Injection seeding is performed successfully by utilizing a RbTiOPO4 crystal as the intracavity phase modulator to change the optical length of the slave cavity based on the delay-ramp-fire technique. The laser generates 9.9 mJ of pulse energy with a 16 ns pulse duration at a 400 Hz repetition rate. A near-diffraction-limit laser beam is achieved with a beam quality factor M2 of approximately 1.2. The frequency jitter is 1.5 MHz over 2 min, and the fluctuation of the output pulse power is 0.3% over 23 min.

提出一种基于声光扫描技术实现三维视频激光雷达系统,克服了基于传统扫描方式的三维成像激光雷达应用中所面临的成像速度慢、体积大、质量大等问题。采用二维声光扫描技术,大大提高了扫描速度;同时,采用高精度的时间差检测芯片,精确测量激光脉冲飞行时间,从而获得高精度的距离值,实现高精度的三维视频成像。详细描述了系统的原理、组成部分以及实验结果。在图像分辨率为63 pixel×63 pixel时,该系统三维成像速度达到25 frame/s,实现视频三维成像,能够满足对成像速度要求较高的特殊场合的需求。

Abstract
A novel design for a highly ecient 1-kHz single-frequency green laser is proposed. An ecient single-frequency laser pulse output at 532-nm wavelength may be obtained by combining the injection seeding with intracavity frequency doubling in a compact U-shaped cavity formed by two plano dichroic mirrors in an end-pumping arrangement. The laser is capable of producing green pulses with a total energy of 6.3 mJ at a pulse repetition rate of 1 kHz. The pulse width is about 10 ns and the optical–optical eciency from the 808-nm pump source to the 532-nm green output is around 12.7%.

A conductively cooled, laser diode (LD) end-pumped, injection-seeded single-frequency Nd:YAG laser is designed and implemented. The laser is capable of producing an 8-mJ Q-switched pulse with a 11-ns pulse width at 1 064 nm and at a pulse repetition rate of 1 000 Hz. At the maximum output energy of 8 mJ, the frequency jitter is less than 3.5 MHz (root mean square (RMS)) over two minutes, and the linewidth is around 54.2 MHz. The M2 of the laser beam is approximately 1.30 in both horizontal and vertical directions. The optimized ramp-fire technique is applied to build reliable single longitudinal mode oscillating.

报道了一台激光二极管(LD)双端面抽运NdYVO4晶体腔内三倍频355 nm紫外激光器。采用La3Ga5SiO14(LGS)高重复频率电光调Q技术,U型平凹腔结构设计,在腔内用I类相位匹配的LiB3O5(LBO)晶体实现二倍频,Ⅱ类相位匹配的LBO晶体实现三倍频,获得了高效率、高峰值功率、高重复频率的355 nm紫外激光脉冲输出。在抽运功率20.4 W及电光调Q重复频率10 kHz的工作条件下,获得脉宽9.6 ns,平均输出功率1.29 W的紫外激光输出,光光转换效率约为6.3%。
